Finding accommodation
(temporary, furnished) Apartment search (permanent, unfurnished) The expat is offered 5 furnished apartments. The booking and the handover are coordinated.
Apartment search (permanent, unfurnished)
Search for apartments, application to apartment providers, accompaniment to a maximum of 8 viewings. Prepare and set up the documents. Accompanying the signing of the contract. Bullet Point Summary of the rental agreement in English. Accompanying the handover.
Registration at the Citizens Registration Office
Coordination of Insurance & Social Security NumberThe first step to start in a new city: registration / and re-registration. Booking & accompaniment to the appointment and filling out the necessary documents.
Coordination of insurance & social security number
We connect your expat to the relevant contacts for insurance (private or statutory – as you wish). Life insurance, liability insurance and household contents insurance are among the most common types of insurance in Germany. We coordinate the social security number.
Opening a bank account
Coordination of the internet connection. We’ll provide you with all the information you need about various bank accounts and organize the appointment with the bank. We send the IBAN to the HR contact.

We will connect you to an Internet provider special for expats to set up the connection.
Coordination of utilities
Coordination of tax identification number. We connect you with an English speaking gas & electricity broker. We coordinate the GEZ etc.

The tax identification number can be picked up with a power of attorney 4 to 6 days after registration at the citizens‘ office.

Our premium customers can also contact us via Threema after business hours. We usually respond within 2 hours.
Advice on finding a daycare center
We will give you guidelines for finding a daycare center and advise you on how to successfully find the right daycare center. Provide consultation on how to successfully find a Kita. We apply for the day care voucher for you.
Support in finding a school
If desired, we will contact private schools and obtain prices and information about the application process. We will enroll you in a local school.
Application for child benefit
Assistance in filling out the form and information on submitting it. Advice if further documents are required.
Conversion of driver’s license
IF the (non-EU) expat wants to drive in Germany, they must switch their license. We accompany them to the Bürgeramt to begin the switch process and explain the rest of the process to them. If you want to drive a car in Germany as a non-EU expat, you have to convert your driving license. We accompany you to the citizens‘ office to initiate the process and explain the next steps to you.
